Technology Talent Sourcing Specialist — Regional Focus
- We're looking for a driven, knowledgeable sourcer to partner with our senior management team and deliver high-quality technology talent to our clients at pace.
- This role is central to how we meet client mandates — identifying, engaging, and shortlisting top-tier technology professionals across the region.
- What you'll be doing
- Partnering closely with senior stakeholders to scope client requirements
- Sourcing and mapping technology talent across key regional markets
- Building strong pipelines of qualified candidates across multiple tech domains
- Delivering on mandates with speed, accuracy, and sharp market insight
- What we're looking for
- A strong grasp of technology roles, skillsets, and the wider tech landscape
- Proven experience in talent sourcing or recruitment, ideally within tech
- In-depth knowledge of the regional candidate market
- The ability to work at pace without compromising quality
- Confident communication and stakeholder management skills
