- Rgheeb Consulting is looking for a motivated and results-driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to support recruitment projects across multiple industries.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and managing candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle while ensuring an exceptional candidate experience and successful placements.
- Key Responsibilities* Manage end-to-end recruitment processes.
- Source and attract qualified candidates through various channels.
- Conduct initial screenings and coordinate interviews.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines.
- Collaborate with clients and hiring managers to understand hiring requirements.
- Ensure timely and high-quality placements.
- Maintain accurate recruitment records and reports.
Requirements
- Previous experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or executive search.
- Strong sourcing and interviewing skills.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing platforms is preferred.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented mindset.
