Talent Acquisition Specialist

Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, team dynamics, and business objectives.
• Craft compelling job advertisements that reflect our brand and attract top-tier candidates.
• Source talent through various channels including LinkedIn Recruiter (a must), job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals.
• Conduct initial candidate screenings to evaluate qualifications, role fit, and motivation.
• Develop and maintain talent pipelines for future hiring needs, especially for high-demand roles.
• Accurately track sourcing efforts and candidate engagement activities.
• Collaborate closely with HRBPs and the onboarding team to ensure a smooth and professional hiring journey.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• **4-6 years** of experience in **talent sourcing** or **recruitment**, with preference for those with a **recruitment agency background**
• **Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter is essential**
• Familiarity with Oracle Fusion HCM is a plus
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Outgoing personality with strong people skills – you enjoy meeting new people and building relationships
• High energy, a team player, and a strong sense of ownership and urgency
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
