Required Qualifications
- BA/BS degree or relevant work experience
- 3+ years’ experience with full lifecycle recruitment
- Knowledge of applicant tracking systems, ideally Oracle
- Ability to review data, analyze, make recommendations, and influence decision making
- High attention to detail
- Strong relationship management and influencing skills and proven ability to establish relationships
- Strong customer service orientation, ability to prioritize multiple initiatives and desire to deliver end-to-end solutions
- Proficiency in Spanish, both written and verbal, to effectively communicate with a diverse candidate pool and support outreach initiatives, particularly within communities where Spanish is a primary language
- BA/BS degree or relevant work
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with full lifecycle recruitment within Supply Chain
- Project management experience
- Prior experience in broader HR functions.
