Role overview

Recruitment delivery and systems

• Lead recruitment from understanding hiring needs and sourcing through assessment, offer and onboarding handover.
• Translate workforce plans into clear priorities and proactive talent pipelines.
• Own and optimize ATS workflows, data, reporting and consistent adoption.
• Build sourcing strategies and identify talent for current and upcoming needs.
• Use AI and digital tools to improve sourcing, screening, efficiency and reporting while maintaining human judgment.

Partnership and performance

• Partner with hiring managers to clarify requirements, challenge where needed and support better decisions.
• Strengthen structured interviewing and candidate assessment.
• Track UAE talent pools, compensation levels and competitor activity.
• Report time-to-fill, quality of hire, retention, source effectiveness and candidate experience.
• Continuously improve recruitment processes, tools and overall hiring effectiveness.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of Talent Acquisition or Recruitment experience, including end-to-end ownership; team leadership is ideal.
• Strong ATS and recruitment process expertise, including reporting, TA KPIs and recruitment systems.
• Strong, accurate sourcing skills and a proactive approach to identifying and engaging talent.
• Practical digital and AI tool experience improving sourcing, screening and recruitment operations.
• Confident stakeholder skills, including challenging requirements, influencing hiring managers and driving accountability.
• UAE market knowledge; real estate, property management or facilities management recruitment experience is preferred.
• Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills focused on quality of hire.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business or a related field; professional certifications are an advantage.
