Role overview

Talent acquisition

• Manage recruitment from understanding the requirement through offer acceptance and joining.
• Source AI, machine learning, LLM, AI application, AI or ML engineering, software development, data, and other technical professionals.
• Recruit for operations, accounts, design, administration, and other non-technical positions as needed.
• Proactively source passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches, job boards, referrals, communities, and global platforms.
• Conduct talent mapping, build candidate pipelines, screen candidates, coordinate interviews, and manage candidate communications.
• Support offer negotiation, counter-offer management, candidate closing, and long-term candidate relationships.

HR responsibilities

• Coordinate employee onboarding and required documentation.
• Maintain accurate candidate and recruitment records in ATS and HR systems.
• Assist with day-to-day HR administration and joining formalities.
• Support communication between new employees and internal departments.

Key requirements

• Proven hands-on talent acquisition or recruitment experience is required.
• Previous direct recruitment of AI, machine learning, software engineering, or related technology professionals is central to the role.
• Candidates should have direct sourcing and headhunting experience, understand technical job descriptions, and recruit across technical and non-technical functions.
• The role requires Boolean search, LinkedIn and sourcing expertise, strong English communication, stakeholder management, organisation, persistence, and KPI orientation.
• International or multi-market recruitment experience is preferred.
