About the Company

What You Will Build

• Contribute to Agentic AI workflows for personalized marketing campaigns across email, social, and digital advertising.
• Support automation for content generation, audience segmentation, and real-time bid optimization.
• Build and maintain RAG systems with vector databases for marketing intelligence.
• Learn and work with Model Context Protocol implementations across marketing data sources.
• Write and maintain data pipelines that feed real-time marketing data into AI models.

First 90 Days

• In the first 30 days, learn the marketing technology stack, data pipelines, and AI workflows while assisting with an LLM API prototype.
• In the first 60 days, implement and test modules of an Agentic AI workflow using LangGraph and vector databases under technical guidance.
• In the first 90 days, contribute to an end-to-end AI workflow deployment, monitor performance, and troubleshoot bugs.

What We Are Looking For

• Have 1–2 years of practical experience, including strong academic projects or internships, with Python, data operations, and foundational AI integrations.
• Understand Agentic AI architectures, multi-agent concepts, and automated workflows.
• Have strong Python and SQL foundations for scripting, data manipulation, querying, and API integrations.
• Have experience with LLM APIs, JSON payloads, machine learning principles, and statistical analysis.
• Have exposure to AI orchestration frameworks such as LangGraph, CrewAI, or AutoGen.
• Have knowledge or basic practical experience with vector databases and RAG systems.
• Be able to communicate technical progress clearly and collaborate with marketing stakeholders.

Nice to Have

• Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP is advantageous.
• Familiarity with Git workflows, version control, and basic CI/CD is advantageous.
• Interest in digital advertising metrics, Google Ads, or performance marketing is advantageous.
• Experience in a fast-paced environment with initiative and adaptability is advantageous.
