Manage end-to-end recruitment across operational venues, supporting timely hiring, onboarding, and a strong talent pipeline.
Key responsibilities
- Manage vacancy recruitment from sourcing, screening, and interviews through assessments, reference checks, offers, and onboarding support.
- Source candidates through job boards, social media, employee referrals, networking, agencies, and other channels; maintain talent pipelines.
- Coordinate agency sourcing and deployment of casual and temporary employees; support workforce planning for peak periods, events, and pre-openings.
- Partner with hiring managers and venue leaders to understand needs, coordinate interviews, provide updates, and close vacancies.
- Provide a professional candidate experience and represent the employer brand through consistent communication.
- Maintain ATS records, recruitment documentation, reports, hiring metrics, and accurate candidate data.
- Follow company policies, employment legislation, and best practices; improve recruitment processes and support pre-opening projects.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of Talent Acquisition or Recruitment experience.
- Hospitality, F&B, or fast-paced service environment experience is preferred; Dubai experience is an advantage.
- Experience coordinating with staffing agencies for casual and temporary manpower requirements.
- Familiarity with ATS, recruitment platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, and digital sourcing techniques.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills; organised, proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple vacancies.
