Urban Frame Real Estate is a growing real estate brokerage based in Dubai, focused on building a high-performance team of agents and delivering strong results in the market.
As we expand, we are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to help us attract and hire top real estate talent.
Job Description
We are seeking a proactive and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead our recruitment efforts, with a primary focus on hiring high-performing real estate agents for our Dubai operations.
This is a fully remote role, working closely with the leadership team to identify, attract, and secure top talent.
Key Responsibilities
- Source and attract qualified real estate agent candidates
- Manage the full recruitment cycle (sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing)
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of active and passive candidates
- Track and report recruitment metrics and hiring progress
Requirements
- Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
- Experience in real estate or sales hiring is highly preferred
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter or similar sourcing tools
