**Role Purpose** Your mission is simple: **Grow our team without compromising on quality.** You will be fully responsible for aggressively sourcing top-tier talent to increase our agent headcount, while simultaneously implementing strict evaluation frameworks to ensure every team member performs at their peak.

**End-to-End Recruitment:** Source, screen, interview, and onboard high-performing real estate agents and support staff to hit company growth targets.

**Quality Control:** Establish rigorous screening standards to ensure only highly motivated, capable candidates join the team.

**Performance Evaluation:** Design and execute structured evaluation processes during probation and throughout the employee lifecycle.

**KPI Tracking:** Monitor agent activity and output, ensuring team metrics align with Camelia Homes’ revenue and growth goals.

**Retention & Feedback:** Conduct regular performance reviews to identify top performers and provide actionable feedback to bridge performance gaps.

*Requirements & Qualifications**

**Experience:** Minimum 2–3 years of proven experience in recruitment and performance management (Experience recruiting within the

**Qatar Real Estate market** is highly preferred).

**Skills:** Exceptional interview techniques, sharp talent assessment skills, and data-driven performance tracking.

**Attributes:** Highly organized, target-driven, and capable of identifying "A-player" talent.
