Position Overview
We’re seeking a motivated and personable Residential Leasing Consultant to join our team.
This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building relationships, and has a passion for real estate and customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet prospective residents and provide tours of available units
- Respond promptly to leasing inquiries via phone, email, and walk-ins
- Maintain accurate records of leads, applications, and lease agreements
- Assist with marketing efforts including social media, signage, and outreach
- Conduct background checks and verify application information
- Ensure model units and common areas are clean and presentable
- Support move-in and move-out processes with professionalism and care
- Collaborate with property management to meet occupancy goals
Qualifications
- Candidates need to have their own personal vehicles
- Previous leasing or sales experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in CRM or property management software
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
- Ability to work weekends and flexible hours as needed
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree a plus

Pay: QAR4,000.00 - QAR15,000.00 per month
