Full-time, on-site Financial Assistant role based in Dubai.
Supports daily financial operations, accounting tasks, transaction review, reconciliation, and reporting.
Responsibilities
- Process invoices and maintain accurate financial records.
- Review transaction data, reconcile accounts, and assist with financial reports alongside the finance team.
- Work with internal teams and external partners, including Tagalog-speaking stakeholders, to clarify payment details and resolve discrepancies.
- Support timely financial processing and monitor compliance with internal procedures.
- Contribute to improving financial workflows.
Qualifications and skills
- Strong finance and accounting skills and experience handling day-to-day financial operations.
- Proficiency in invoicing processes and related documentation.
- Analytical ability to review data, identify discrepancies, and support financial decision-making.
- Professional fluency in Tagalog and English.
- Attention to detail and accuracy with numerical and transactional data.
- Proficiency with financial software, spreadsheets, and basic office productivity tools.
- Able to work on-site in Dubai and collaborate in a multicultural team.
Preferred qualifications
- Experience in payments, fintech, or related financial services is an advantage.
- A relevant diploma or degree in finance, accounting, business, or a related field is preferred.
