Full-time, on-site Marketing Manager role based in Dubai, UAE.
Plan and execute marketing strategies to strengthen the brand, support product adoption, and drive customer acquisition across international markets.
Responsibilities
- Develop campaign plans and manage digital and offline marketing initiatives.
- Coordinate with sales and product teams and analyze performance metrics to optimize marketing activities.
- Oversee content creation and maintain consistent brand messaging.
- Manage external agencies or partners.
- Report on market trends, competitor activity, and campaign outcomes.
- Align marketing work with business objectives and regional requirements.
Qualifications
- Experience in marketing strategy, campaign planning, and brand management in B2B or fintech/payments-related environments.
- Strong digital marketing channel skills and experience tracking performance with analytics tools.
- Ability to conduct market research, analyze data, and translate insights into marketing plans and measurable KPIs.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and ability to tailor messaging for diverse international audiences.
- Ability to manage projects end-to-end, prioritize, and work with cross-functional teams and external partners.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Advanced degrees or relevant certifications are an advantage.
- Experience with Southeast Asian or global markets, especially fintech or payments, is highly beneficial.
- Comfort working on-site in a fast-paced UAE environment; problem-solving skills and adaptability.
