Role overview

Customer and territory responsibilities

• Manage work order completion and customer complaints in a timely manner.
• Meet customers to understand and meet their requirements, provide technical advice, and maintain customer satisfaction.
• Forecast territory sales and plan daily activities according to customer potential.
• Conduct field visits, calls, and presentations for healthcare professionals using approved product materials to support consistent prescription.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Report territory forecasts against annual targets and record daily activity in the company reporting system.
• Share market feedback and competitor activity with the direct manager.
• Perform other duties or assignments as required by management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering or equivalent.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Professional proficiency in Arabic and English.
