Job Requirements

  • U.S. Citizenship
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field and 12 years of experience in the respective technical/professional discipline being performed, 5 of which must be in the DoW, OR
  • 15 years of directly related experience with proper certifications, 8 of which must be in the DoW.
  • Must have an Active Secret Clearance
  • Development of technical documentation for systems and subsystems
  • Creation of management reports and engineering presentations for planning and corrective actions
  • Application of engineering economy principles to system analysis and recommendations
  • Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite for documentation, reporting, and presentation development
  • Strong problem‐solving abilities applied to complex technical challenges
  • Interpersonal Skills
  • Effective communication across engineering, program, and leadership teams.
  • Self‐starter with the ability to independently drive tasks and initiatives.
  • Collaborative team contributor supporting cross‐functional missions.
  • Strong time‐management skills for balancing technical deliverables and project timelines.
  • Demonstrated ability to work in structured, mission‐driven environments.
  • Schedule: (M-F; 8-5)
  • Work Location: Tinker AFB
  • Travel: 20% (Hanscom & Seattle)
