Key responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end implementation of Wealth and Asset Management platforms.
- Manage cross-functional programs spanning business, technology, operations, vendors, data migration, testing, and change management.
- Work with business stakeholders to define requirements, identify solution gaps, and deliver scalable technology solutions.
- Establish program governance and manage risks, budgets, timelines, and executive reporting.
- Lead implementation partners and vendor teams to support successful delivery.
Required experience
- Have 15+ years of experience in banking technology and transformation.
- Have 8+ years leading large-scale Wealth and Asset Management platform implementations in Tier-1 or Tier-2 global banks.
- Demonstrate success delivering complex, multi-vendor transformation programs.
- Have strong stakeholder management experience with senior business and technology executives.
Domain expertise
- Strong functional knowledge of Wealth Management, Private Banking, Asset Management, Investment Advisory, Portfolio Management, and Fund Administration.
- Knowledge of Custody and Securities Operations, investment products and lifecycle, and regulatory and compliance requirements for Wealth Management.
Mandatory platform experience
- Hands-on implementation experience in one or more of Avaloq, Fusion Invest (Finastra), Multifonds, FIS Securities & Lending, TCS BaNCS (Wealth/Securities), or Aurora Reconciliation is mandatory.
- Experience with SimCorp, Charles River, BlackRock Aladdin, Temenos Wealth, or FNZ is an added advantage.
- Relevant competencies include enterprise program management, platform transformation, product gap analysis, solution design, systems integration, data migration, stakeholder and vendor management, and budget, risk, and schedule management.
