The job description identifies the role as Senior IT Project Manager, responsible for end-to-end delivery of complex technology projects.

Project Delivery
- Lead project delivery and manage scope, schedule, cost, risks, resources, stakeholders, vendors, and outcomes.
- Coordinate internal teams, vendors, consultants, and third-party providers.
- Work with senior management, business sponsors, technology teams, and vendors in structured governance environments.
Mandatory Requirements
- PMP certification is mandatory.
- At least seven years of hands-on project management experience is required.
- Experience delivering IT projects in financial services is required; banking is preferred.
- Experience with medium- to large-scale projects, international or multi-country environments, and project governance is required.
- Knowledge of Waterfall, Agile, and hybrid delivery approaches is required.
Education and Preferred Certifications
- A bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, Finance, or a related discipline is required.
- Additional certifications such as PRINCE2, Agile, Scrum, SAFe, ITIL, COBIT, or PMI-ACP are preferred.
