Role summary

Systems analysis and support

• Analyze business functions to develop new or modified information processing systems.
• Consult with business personnel to document needs, objectives, procedures, problems, input/output requirements, data scope, usage, formatting, and security requirements.
• Provide technical assistance with identifying, evaluating, and developing systems and procedures.
• Write and maintain functional specifications and track changes to business and functional specifications.
• Create or assist with user documentation, instructions, and procedures.
• Monitor and document post-implementation problems and revision requests.
• Maintain user security and system data integrity.
• Review logs to identify causes of issues and opportunities for improvement.
• Understand and implement system infrastructure setting changes and upgrades.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school.
• Knowledge of Windows Registry, Excel, high-level troubleshooting, network architecture, and Linux.
• Knowledge of SQL scripting languages, including Batch, Python, or PowerShell.
• Applicants must be authorized to work for any U.S. employer; the employer states it cannot sponsor or take over employment visa sponsorship.
