Systems Analyst role focused on core banking technology projects.
The posting describes the required experience as business analysis in banking technology.
Key responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
- Assess impacts of change requests, regulatory requirements, and system enhancements.
- Prepare requirement documents, functional specifications, process flows, and user stories.
- Coordinate with business users, technology teams, vendors, and testers.
- Support SIT, UAT, defect management, and business sign-off.
- Assist with data analysis, reconciliations, reporting, and operational improvements.
- Maintain requirements traceability and support timely project milestone delivery.
Required experience and knowledge
- 5–6 years of business analyst experience in banking technology projects.
- Hands-on Oracle FLEXCUBE modules and business-process experience.
- Strong understanding of Oracle Database concepts and data analysis.
- Experience in core banking, payments, deposits, lending, or customer onboarding.
- Strong stakeholder management, documentation, and communication skills.
Required skills
- Oracle Database.
- WebLogic.
- REST/SOAP APIs.
- Integration, ESB, and Kafka.
