Key responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day production support and proactively monitor applications and services.
- Support high availability, stability and optimal performance.
- Resolve incidents promptly, perform root cause analysis where needed, and provide ongoing technical support for business-critical initiatives and implementations.
- Submit root cause analyses and remediation actions for high-priority incidents.
Required skills and experience
- Strong knowledge of cloud platforms and components, including AWS and Azure.
- Strong knowledge of operating systems, including Windows and Linux.
- Hands-on experience with Oracle, SQL, GitHub and CI/CD pipelines.
- Good knowledge of IIS, WebSphere and Tomcat.
- Basic understanding of AI concepts and tools; strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
- Around five or more years of experience.
Preferred technology stack
- Java, React, Kubernetes, cloud and CI/CD are listed as preferred technologies.
