Key responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day production support, including proactive application and service monitoring to maintain availability, stability, and performance.
- Resolve incidents promptly and perform root-cause analysis where required.
- Submit root-cause analyses and remediation for high-priority incidents.
- Provide ongoing technical support for business-critical initiatives, enhancements, and project implementations.
Required skills and experience
- Around 5 or more years of experience.
- Strong knowledge of cloud platforms and their components, including AWS or Azure.
- Strong knowledge of operating systems, including Windows or Linux.
- Hands-on experience with Oracle, SQL, GitHub, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Good knowledge of IIS, WebSphere, and Tomcat.
- Basic understanding of AI concepts and tools.
- Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
Preferred tech stack
- Java, React, Kubernetes, Cloud, and CI/CD are listed as preferred tech stack.
