Key responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day production support and proactively monitor applications and services for high availability, stability, and optimal performance.
- Resolve incidents promptly and perform root cause analysis where required.
- Submit RCA findings and remediation for high-priority incidents.
- Support business-critical initiatives, enhancements, and project implementations.
Required experience and skills
- Around 5 or more years of experience.
- Strong knowledge of cloud platforms and components, including AWS and Azure, and operating systems including Windows and Linux.
- Hands-on experience with Oracle, SQL, GitHub, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Good knowledge of IIS, WebSphere, and Tomcat; basic understanding of AI concepts and tools.
- Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
Preferred technology stack
- Java, React, Kubernetes, Cloud, and CI/CD are listed as the preferred technology stack.
