Key responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day production support and proactively monitor applications and services to maintain availability, stability, and performance.
- Resolve incidents promptly, perform root cause analysis where required, and support business-critical initiatives, enhancements, and project implementations.
- Submit root cause analysis reports for high-priority incidents and remediation.
Required experience and knowledge
- Around 5+ years of experience.
- Strong knowledge of cloud platforms and components, including AWS and Azure.
- Strong knowledge of operating systems, including Windows and Linux.
- Hands-on experience with Oracle, SQL, GitHub, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Good knowledge of IIS, WebSphere, and Tomcat.
- Basic understanding of AI concepts and tools.
- Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
Preferred technology stack
- Java, React, Kubernetes, cloud, and CI/CD are listed as preferred technology stack.
