Key responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day production support and proactively monitor applications and services for availability, stability, and performance.
- Resolve incidents promptly, perform root cause analysis when required, and submit RCAs and remediation information for high-priority incidents.
- Provide technical support for business-critical initiatives, enhancements, and project implementations.
Required experience and knowledge
- Around 5+ years of experience.
- Strong knowledge of cloud platforms and components, including AWS and Azure, and operating systems such as Windows and Linux.
- Hands-on experience with Oracle, SQL, GitHub, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Good knowledge of IIS, WebSphere, and Tomcat; basic understanding of AI concepts and tools.
- Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
Preferred tech stack
- Java, React, Kubernetes, cloud, and CI/CD are listed as preferred technologies.
