Key responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day production support for applications and services.
- Proactively monitor applications and services to ensure high availability, stability, and optimal performance.
- Resolve incidents in a timely manner and perform root-cause analysis where required.
- Provide ongoing technical support for business-critical initiatives, enhancements, and project implementations.
- Submit root-cause analysis for high-priority incidents and support remediation.
Required experience and skills
- Around five or more years of experience.
- Strong knowledge of cloud platforms and components, including AWS and Azure.
- Strong knowledge of operating systems, including Windows and Linux.
- Hands-on experience with Oracle, SQL, GitHub, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Good knowledge of IIS, WebSphere, and Tomcat.
- Basic understanding of AI concepts and tools.
- Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
Preferred technology stack
- Java, React, Kubernetes, cloud, and CI/CD are listed as preferred technologies.
- Cloud platforms and CI/CD are also stated separately as required skills.
