Job Summary

Administer, maintain, and support organizational IT infrastructure, including Microsoft Exchange, Active Directory, Windows Servers, backup solutions, and VMware virtualization.

Help ensure system availability, security, and performance while providing technical support and resolving infrastructure issues.

Job Description

  • Administer and maintain Microsoft Exchange.
  • Manage Active Directory users, groups, and Group Policies.
  • Manage and monitor Windows Server infrastructure.
  • Administer VMware virtual environments using vSphere or ESXi.
  • Perform backup and recovery operations to ensure data availability.
  • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot infrastructure issues.
  • Apply security updates and patches and perform system maintenance.
  • Prepare technical documentation and operational reports.
  • Work with IT teams to support reliable and secure IT services.

Skills

  • Experience in Microsoft Exchange administration.
  • Experience in Active Directory administration, including users, groups, and Group Policy.
  • Experience with backup and recovery solutions.
  • Experience with VMware virtualization, including vSphere or ESXi.
  • Experience in Windows Server administration.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication skills and ability to work in a team.
  • Relevant Microsoft and VMware certifications are preferred.

Education and Languages

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Languages: Arabic and English.
