The OSP Area Manager is responsible for managing and overseeing all Outside Plant (OSP) project activities within the assigned region, ensuring delivery of projects in line with client requirements, quality standards, budget, and timelines.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Telecommunications / Electrical / Civil preferred)
- Minimum 8–10 years of relevant OSP / Telecom project experience
- Minimum 5 years in managerial / area management role
- Strong experience in FTTX Civil & Fiber deployment projects
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
- PMP (Project Management Professional) certification is mandatory / preferred
- Preferred Skills:
- PMO reporting and KPI management
- Budget and cost control
- Resource planning
- Client communication
- Risk management
- Knowledge of STC / telecom operator standards
