System Engineer
Role Overview
As a System Engineer, you will play a key role in maintaining and enhancing the infrastructure that powers our growing global organization.
You'll work across on-premises and cloud environments, supporting core technologies including VMware, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, Intune, storage, backup, and disaster recovery solutions.
In this hands-on role, you'll partner with Technology Operations, Security, Support, and business stakeholders to ensure our systems remain secure, reliable, and scalable.
You'll also contribute to infrastructure integration and modernization initiatives that support the firm's continued growth, including merger and acquisition activity.

Education & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience may be considered
- 3-7 years of progressive systems administration or systems engineering experience in an enterprise environment
- Deep experience with VMware vSphere administration and infrastructure management
- Hands-on experience administering Microsoft 365, Microsoft Entra ID, Intune, Active Directory, and Windows Server environments
- Strong PowerShell scripting and automation experience
- Experience supporting complex hybrid environments with significant on-premises infrastructure and cloud technologies
- Solid understanding of networking fundamentals, security best practices, storage, backup, and disaster recovery technologies
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, project management, and communication skills
- Experience with VDI technologies, enterprise storage platforms, or infrastructure integration projects is a plus
