Learning & Development Program Manager
Role Overview
The FD Learning Program Manager will play a critical role in supporting the departments by identifying learning gaps, determining learning needs in collaboration with the department learning committees, and delivering effective training solutions.
This position will also support organization-wide leadership development initiatives by partnering with the Leadership Development Program Manager to develop and facilitate impactful learning experiences.

Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Business, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred
- 5+ years of experience in Learning & Development, with a focus on program management and facilitation
- Experience in Professional Services is highly desirable
- Exceptional facilitation and presentation skills, both in-person and virtual
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in using learning management systems (LMS) and virtual training tools
- Understanding and experience applying a variety of development approaches that span formal training, relationship based, and experience-based development (70-20-10 model of development)
- Strong project management/consulting skills and prioritization/organization skills for fast-paced environment
- Ability to cultivate and maintain strong relationships across the different teams and business units
