System Engineer

**Are you a motivated System Engineer** with a passion for enterprise IT infrastructure and platform services?

ITBuilders is looking for a System Engineer to join our technical delivery team in the Riyadh Region.

If you enjoy hands-on implementation, working with virtualization and cloud platforms, and supporting customers in building high-availability infrastructures, we want to hear from you.

· Lead the deployment and integration of server, storage, and virtualization platforms across on-premises and hybrid environments.

· Architect and manage virtualization platforms (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V), focusing on resource optimization and capacity planning.

· Design scalable and secure infrastructure solutions aligned with specific customer requirements.

· Perform advanced system configuration and root cause analysis for complex infrastructure issues.

· Administer Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Teams.

· Manage M365 tenant configurations, user provisioning, and identity services via Azure AD / Entra ID.

· Execute migrations to Microsoft 365 for mailboxes and file services in hybrid environments.

· Implement email security and data protection policies, such as MFA and Conditional Access.

· Develop system hardening, patch management, and security best practices to protect customer environments.

· Plan and execute disaster recovery (DR) and backup strategies, including regular architecture testing.

· Automate routine administrative tasks using scripting tools like PowerShell or Bash.

· Provide Tier 2/3 technical support and prepare comprehensive technical documentation and architecture diagrams.

· **Education:** Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

· **Experience:** 1–3 years of experience in system administration, infrastructure implementation, or technical support.

· **Technical Knowledge:** Strong experience with Windows Server/Linux and hands-on troubleshooting for Microsoft 365.

· **Technical Skills:** Solid understanding of virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V), storage systems (SAN/NAS), and networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS).

· **Soft Skills:** Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills for customer-facing environments.

· Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator or M365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator.

· VMware Certified Professional (VCP).

· CompTIA Server+ or Security+.
