We are seeking experienced **System Analyst – Cards & Payments** to act as the bridge between business stakeholders and technology teams, ensuring successful delivery of card and payment solutions.
The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in **credit/debit card systems, payment processing, digital channels, and banking operations**, with the ability to translate business requirements into scalable and secure system solutions.
Business & Functional Analysis-
- Gather, analyze, validate, and document business and functional requirements.
- Prepare functional specifications, system flow diagrams, interface definitions, and data mappings.
- Conduct impact analysis for enhancements and change requests.
Cards & Payments Domain-
- Support card issuance, authorization, clearing, settlement, and customer servicing processes.
- Work closely with digital banking channels and payment ecosystems.
- Ensure solutions comply with card industry and banking regulations.
Solution Delivery & Testing-
- Collaborate with development, architecture, infrastructure, and security teams.
- Support SIT, UAT, regression testing, and defect resolution.
- Coordinate with vendors and third-party solution providers.
Data Analysis & Compliance-
- Perform SQL-based data validation and issue investigation.
- Ensure adherence to PCI-DSS, audit, and security requirements.
Required Skills
- Strong Cards & Payments domain expertise
- Credit/Debit Card lifecycle knowledge
• SQL, Oracle, Microsoft SQL Server
- Agile methodologies, Jira, Confluence
- Cloud exposure (AWS/Azure) is an advantage
