System Analyst
- The role focuses on analyzing business requirements and translating them into technical integration solutions that connect corporate clients with internal systems through APIs, file transfers, or other connectivity channels.
- The candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, clients, and development teams to design, implement, and support integrations, ensuring secure and reliable connectivity as well as smooth client onboarding.
- On a day-to-day basis, the responsibilities include:
- Attending stand-ups and coordinating with cross-functional teams
- Reviewing and troubleshooting connectivity issues
- Supporting testing activities and client onboarding
- Handling client requests and maintaining clear documentation
- Keeping stakeholders informed of progress, risks, and updates
