Key Responsibilities
- Design user-friendly interfaces for government websites and digital services.
- Ensure compliance with WCAG Accessibility Standards
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using Figma.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and accessibility reviews.
- Perform A/B Testing and analyze user behavior using analytics tools.
- Design and maintain design systems and UI components.
- Create visual materials such as infographics, posters, banners, presentations, and awareness campaign assets.
- Collaborate with business and development teams to improve digital services.
- Support digital transformation and continuous improvement initiatives.
