Role overview
Office-based System Administrator role owning IT infrastructure and supporting staff at Synergy University Dubai.
Responsibilities
- Ensure computers, laptops, and office equipment operate smoothly.
- Set up, maintain, and repair printers, MFPs, and peripheral devices.
- Manage employee accounts, email, corporate services, and access rights.
- Install and configure software.
- Maintain local network, Wi-Fi, and internet connectivity.
- Resolve employee IT requests and issues promptly.
- Keep equipment and license records.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of System Administrator experience.
- Fluent Russian and English.
- Diagnose and repair PCs, printers, and network equipment; understand LAN and Wi-Fi principles.
- Be responsible, detail-oriented, and service-minded.
- Basic programming or scripting skills such as Python, PowerShell, or Bash are nice to have.
Compensation
- Fixed salary of AED 8,000 per month.
Employment and workplace
- Full-time, permanent employment.
- On-site work in the Dubai office.
