Organize events for students and staff, with approximately 80% of the role focused on student events.
Coordinate joint events with partner and third-party organizations.
Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver lectures, ceremonies, cultural events, and corporate events for students and staff.
- Develop event concepts and budgets.
- Organize joint events with external partners and organizations and negotiate with clients and partners.
- Source venues and manage event logistics.
- Promote and market events; coordinate execution and evaluate results.
- Manage vendors, service providers, and event timelines.
- Analyze event outcomes and prepare post-event reports.
Requirements
- Fluent written and spoken Russian and English.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and flexible.
Nice to have
- Experience working with students and understanding of student-event specifics.
- Interest in growing within the education or events industry.
Compensation
- Fixed salary of AED 10,000 per month.

- In-person work at the office in Dubai, JLT.
