ITBuilders is looking for a System Administrator (ITSM) to join our technical team in the Riyadh Region.

What You Will Do (Key Responsibilities)
IT Operations & Systems Support
- Monitor and maintain IT systems under supervision to ensure stability and availability.
- Support users by troubleshooting basic system and application-related issues.
- Escalate complex technical issues to senior team members when required.
ITSM & Ticket Management
- Handle incident and service request tickets using ITSM tools (such as ManageEngine).
- Follow up on open tickets and ensure timely resolution in line with defined SLAs.
- Maintain accurate documentation of tasks, actions, and resolutions within the ticketing system.
Change Management & Documentation
- Assist in executing approved Change Requests (CRs) with proper documentation.
- Ensure adherence to standard IT processes and service management practices.
- Maintain clear and up-to-date operational documentation.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in IT support or system administration roles.
- Basic understanding of ITSM processes (Incident, Service Request, Change Management).
- Familiarity with ticketing systems.
- Basic knowledge of Windows/Linux systems.
- Fundamental understanding of DNS, DHCP, and Active Directory.
Preferred Skills
- ITIL Foundation certification (or willingness to learn).
- Basic scripting knowledge (PowerShell or Bash is a plus).
