We're Hiring | Senior System Administrator / Infrastructure Administrator

Work Location

Onsite ā€“ Dubai

***Candidate must own visa and EID locally Available in UAE***

*Salary Budget 10K AED(Slightly Negotiable)*

We are looking for an experienced

Senior System Administrator And Infrastructure Administrator

to join our team in Dubai.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing, maintaining, and optimizing enterprise IT infrastructure, ensuring high availability, security, performance, and compliance across critical systems and platforms.

Identity & Access Management

  • Administer and maintain Active Directory, including user provisioning, de-provisioning, GPOs, and access control.
  • Ensure secure authentication, authorization, and compliance with security policies.

Messaging & Archiving

  • Manage Microsoft Exchange Server environments, mailbox administration, and troubleshooting.
  • Administer Veritas Enterprise Vault for email archiving, retention, and compliance requirements.

Virtualization & Remote Access

  • Manage Microsoft Hyper-V environments, clustering, replication, and high availability.
  • Administer Citrix Cloud Virtual Apps, application publishing, monitoring, and performance optimization.

Endpoint & Patch Management

  • Manage SCCM for software deployment, OS deployment, patching, and compliance reporting.
  • Implement and maintain Ivanti Security Controls for vulnerability remediation and patch management.

Backup & Disaster Recovery

  • Administer Veeam Backup & Replication and Commvault backup solutions.
  • Execute backup verification, disaster recovery planning, testing, and restoration procedures.

Infrastructure & Hardware Management

  • Support and manage HPE Synergy infrastructure and HPE Rack Servers.
  • Coordinate hardware lifecycle management and vendor support activities.

Operations & Governance

  • Monitor system health, performance, logs, and alerts.
  • Maintain technical documentation, SOPs, and infrastructure standards.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational security and governance policies.

āœ… Strong Troubleshooting and Documentation Skills
