Network Administrator

🚀 We're Hiring: Network Administrator (Cloud & Infrastructure)

📍 Location: Dubai

Are you passionate about cloud infrastructure, networking, and cybersecurity?

We're looking for an experienced Network Administrator to join our IT team and play a key role in managing, securing, and optimizing our cloud and on-premises infrastructure.

✅ Administer and support Azure, Oracle Cloud, and hybrid environments

✅ Configure and manage Cisco/Aruba routers, Layer 2 & Layer 3 switches, VPNs, VLANs, and dynamic routing protocols

✅ Manage Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Windows Server, and Linux environments

✅ Monitor, maintain, and optimize cloud infrastructure, backups, and security services

✅ Troubleshoot network, cloud, and infrastructure issues to ensure high availability and performance

✅ Implement patch management, compliance controls, and security best practices

✅ Monitor systems using tools such as SolarWinds and maintain service availability targets

✅ Coordinate with ISPs, vendors, and internal stakeholders to resolve connectivity and service issues

✅ Create and maintain technical documentation, SOPs, and operational procedures

✅ Participate in infrastructure projects, upgrades, migrations, and technology improvements

✔ Bachelor's Degree or Diploma (Technology-related disciplines preferred)

✔ Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience in Network and Cloud Administration

✔ Strong expertise in Microsoft Azure and Oracle Cloud networking

✔ Deep knowledge of Cisco networking, VPNs, VLANs, routing, switching, and Aruba/Meraki wireless solutions

✔ Experience with Windows Server, Linux, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365

✔ Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills

✔ ITIL, CCNP, Azure, OCI, or other cloud certifications are highly desirable

✔ Familiarity with AI-powered IT tools and automation is a plus
