DOPET is hiring IT Systems Admin in Doha, Qatar.
Job Roles and Responsiblities
- Helpdesk support to end users Il support requests.
- Maintain and update Helpdesk support request records.
- Monitor the efficiency of the company's networks.
- Install, configure, and maintain company software including anti-virus, SAP, M365, etc. company systems.
- Administer e-mall and user groups and accounts within the company.
- Ensure a high level of security on all systems.
- Monitor network and Internet/email traffic.
- Maintain IT assets Inventory, update and control the movement of IT Assets.
- Maintain the confidentiality of IT details to protect the company's IT system.
- Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 (M365) policies, governance, and Implementation, Including configuration and enablement of security and compliance features.
- Proficiency In Power BI, Including the development, customization, and maintenance of reports and interactive dashboards for business Insights.
Key Requirements
- B Tech. / Bachelor ‘s Degree in IT / Computer Science
- Years of Experience: 3-6 years
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and Power BI
