Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled System Administrator with a strong IT background and hands-on experience with Odoo and Zoho platforms.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining IT infrastructure, ensuring system reliability, and supporting business applications including ERP and CRM systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage, monitor, and maintain company IT infrastructure (servers, networks, and systems).
- Install, configure, and update hardware and software systems.
- Administer and support **Odoo ERP** and **Zoho applications** (e.g., Zoho CRM, Zoho Books, Zoho Creator).
- Troubleshoot system, network, and application issues in a timely manner.
- Perform regular system backups and ensure data security and integrity.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls.
- Monitor system performance and optimize for efficiency and uptime.
- Collaborate with internal teams to understand business needs and implement IT solutions.
- Provide technical support and training to staff on systems and applications.
- Ensure compliance with IT policies, security standards, and best practices.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a System Administrator or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of operating systems (Windows/Linux).
- Experience with networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, firewalls).
- Hands-on experience with **Odoo ERP** and **Zoho suite**.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms and virtualization technologies.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
