**PROACTIVE LINK** is seeking a Finance Manager to join our team.
Responsibilities
- **Financial Strategy & Analysis**: Identify opportunities for cost optimisation, revenue enhancement and risk management. Provide financial analysis, insights, and recommendations to senior management.
- **Budgeting & Forecasting**: Collaborate closely with department heads to develop accurate and achievable budgets. Prepare financial forecasts and provide regular reports to senior management.
- **Financial Operations**: Oversee day-to-day financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and treasury functions.
- **Financial Reporting**: Ensure the preparation of accurate and timely financial statements, management reports, and variance analysis. Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations.
- **Cash Flow Management**: Monitor cash flow, manage working capital, and optimise investment opportunities. Implement strategies to enhance cash reserves.
**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or related field. MBA or CPA preferred.
- 5+ years of progressively responsible financial leadership experience.
- Strong knowledge of financial management, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in financial software and systems.
