Job Title: Swimming Coach (Pool)
Location: to be assigned in Sharjah - Building
Employment Type: Full-Time
Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled and passionate Swimming Coach to train and develop swimmers of various skill levels. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting coaching sessions, improving performance, and ensuring safety standards are followed at all times.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and conduct swimming training sessions for beginners to advanced levels
- Teach proper swimming techniques, strokes, breathing, and water safety
- Monitor swimmer progress and provide feedback for improvement
- Develop personalized training programs based on individual abilities
- Ensure safety procedures are strictly followed during sessions
- Supervise pool activities and maintain discipline among participants
- Assist in organizing competitions, events, or assessments
- Work closely with lifeguards and management to maintain a safe environment
- Maintain attendance records and training reports
Requirements:
- Valid Swimming Coach Certification (mandatory)
- Certification in CPR, First Aid, and AED
- Proven experience as a swimming coach or instructor
- Excellent swimming skills and technical knowledge
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to train both children and adults
- Physically fit and energetic
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in schools, sports clubs, hotels, or fitness centers
- Lifeguard certification is an advantage
- Ability to handle group and private coaching sessions
- Multilingual skills are a plus
Working Conditions:
- Flexible working hours, including evenings and weekends
- Indoor and/or outdoor pool environment
- Active role requiring physical stamina
Salary & Benefits:

Pay: Up to AED3,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Dubai: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Required)
Experience:
- as Swimming Coach in UAE: 2 years (Required)
License/Certification:
- UAE - Swimming Coach Certificate (Required)
