Technical skills

• Strong understanding of Layer 2, Layer 3, VXLAN, MCT, ACL and QoS data-plane forwarding concepts.
• Strong understanding of routing algorithms, data structures and control-plane networking concepts.
• In-depth understanding of Linux operating systems and embedded software development.
• Excellent programming knowledge in C.
• Exposure to Go and microservices architecture is preferred.
• Experience troubleshooting memory leaks and performance bottlenecks.
• Experience programming BCM-based XGS and DNX chipsets is preferred.

Role responsibilities

• Implement and handle complete delivery of owned software components and modules.
• Work with multi-site project teams on networking software development.
• Apply analytical and problem-solving skills to complex forwarding and embedded software issues.
• Work productively in flexible and dynamic environments and take on new challenges.

Requirements

• 8–13 years of professional experience.
