AI and agentic product

• Own AI product strategy across the marketplace, user experiences, internal systems, and products brought to market.
• Decide what to build with AI, including model and tooling choices, packaging, and pricing.
• Set measurable AI quality standards and partner with Engineering on platform needs.
• Use AI-assisted discovery, research, prototyping, and analysis to improve Product’s output and judgment.

Portfolio and operating model

• Own portfolio vision, strategy, and multi-year roadmap, including what to build, sunset, and fund.
• Establish product operating practices and metrics based on evidence and user research.
• Integrate acquisitions and new products, and represent the needs of talent and clients.

Team and accountability

• Shape product team structure and roles as responsibilities across product, design, and engineering evolve.
• Own resourcing, workforce planning, and time-sensitive hiring commitments.
• Review product work, develop people against clear standards, and raise the bar as the organization grows.

Qualifications and requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; a technical discipline is preferred. A master’s degree is strongly preferred.
• At least 15 years of software product management experience and 8 years leading product organizations, including managing managers.
• Experience owning a full product portfolio at a high-growth technology company and accountability for business outcomes.
• Executive-level strategy and roadmap experience across multiple teams and domains.
• Experience leading AI-enabled products and delivering measurable business outcomes.
• Hands-on command of agentic architectures, orchestration, retrieval, context engineering, fine-tuning, evaluation, and production model economics; personal shipping experience required.
• Demonstrated success hiring and developing talent, workforce planning, and raising organizational standards.
• Growth marketing fluency, data analysis with SQL or spreadsheets, and user research experience.
• Strong communication and experience with Agile methods and globally distributed teams.
• Marketplace, platform, or two-sided business experience and prior software engineering experience are strong pluses.
