Role Summary
The Manager – Sustainability is a group‑level role responsible for owning sustainability reporting and disclosures across the organization.
The role oversees ESG reporting (including GRI), consolidates sustainability data from all business units, manages stakeholder engagement, and ensures high‑quality, board‑ready outputs.
It also covers governance and social ESG pillars, sustainability communications, and team leadership.
Role Profile
- Own group‑wide sustainability reporting, including monthly, board, and annual reports
- Draft, review, and quality‑assure ESG disclosures in line with GRI and other frameworks
- Consolidate sustainability data and inputs across all business units
- Act as the central gatekeeper for all sustainability‑related outputs across the group
- Lead internal and external stakeholder engagement on sustainability matters
- Oversee governance and social pillars within the ESG framework
- Manage sustainability communications, thought leadership, and partnerships
- Line manage Senior Associate and collaborate with sustainability champions across Business Units
Requirements
- **5+ years of relevant experience**
- in sustainability or ESG roles
- Proven exposure to sustainability or ESG reporting (GRI or similar frameworks preferred)
- Strong writing and drafting skills for reports, disclosures, and communications
- Experience managing stakeholders across multiple functions and business units
- Demonstrated ownership, accountability, and ability to manage high‑visibility deliverables
- Proactive, flexible, and resilient behavioral profile with strong communication skills
