Overview

We are looking for a seasoned asset management professional to monitor and supervise all assets during the life cycle of asset through field inspections, selective and comprehensive inventory and follow up the contracting requests for materials and destruction requests.

In addition to following-up assets information on technical systems during all stages ,ensure the sustainability and accuracy and prepare the necessary reports.

Responsibilities

Follow-up the requests to return assets to warehouses, and coordinate with the relevant departments

Ensure compliance with asset management strategies, policies, and guidelines

Maintain an up-to-date asset knowledge repository to support capability building

Monitor asset-related risks and ensure effective mitigation and control plans

Analyze asset management KPIs and performance reports to generate actionable insights

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree/ Diploma in

And Business Management

  • 5+ years of experience in case of Bachelor's degree (9+ years in case of Diploma)
  • Experience in Any: Inspections, inventories, returns, scrapping/ transfer, and land records
