One&Only The Palm Hotel in Dubai.

With the global growth of our brands, you will be an integral part of the Resort’s success and your role goes beyond developing potential relationships where he/she will be assigned to the tasks in accordance with the standard operating procedures as implemented by the Chef de Cuisine.

He/she must ensure that proper hygiene and sanitation in the kitchen are followed and ensure that there is an adequate stocks of food supply.

He /she also must display efficient inter department coordination and be involved in trainings.

He/she will be assigned to and to show interest in displaying creativity in food displays.

He/she must ensure that the standard procedures are followed and performed to the highest level of service.

Suitable candidate must be highly qualified and must have at least 1-2 years’ experience in an upscale luxury hospitality industry or five-star hotels.

He/she must have a strong attention to details, flexibility, creativity and must be able to work under pressure.

Excellent spoken and written communication skills in English is a must.

Middle East/GCC experience is an advantage.
