With the global growth of our brands, you will be an integral part of the Resort’s success and your role goes beyond developing potential relationships where you will ensure the quality and standards as per the brand.

Ensure that all rules and responsibility are followed strictly.

Ensure all important information is communicated with the direct supervisor.

All HACCP standards are followed and improved consistently.

All guest requests will be handled with care and accommodated.

Maintain the highest levels of personal hygiene and grooming at all times, as per standard.

Assists the Chef de Partie and Sous Chef to lead the Team in the assigned area.

Consistently train the subordinates, to ensure the standards are maintained.

Take charge of section in absence of Chef de Partie.

Suitable candidate will be reporting directly to the Chef de Cuisine.

He/she must be highly qualified and must have at least 1-2 years’ experience in an upscale luxury hospitality industry or five-star hotels.

He/she must have a strong attention to details, flexibility, creativity and must be able to work under pressure.

Excellent spoken and written communication skills in English is a must and/or another language.

Middle East/GCC experience is an advantage.
