Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sushi Chef, based in ALBANIA.
The Sushi Chef will be responsible for preparing various types of sushi, sashimi, and other Japanese cuisine to the highest standards of quality and presentation.
Core duties include handling seafood, maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen, collaborating with the culinary team, and ensuring that food safety regulations are upheld.
Creativity and attention to detail in presenting dishes are key aspects of this role.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Food Preparation and knowledge of Hygiene standards
- Skill in Cooking techniques and handling Seafood
- Strong Culinary Skills with expertise in sushi preparation
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented kitchen environment
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Commitment to maintaining high standards of food safety and quality
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
- Culinary certification or relevant training is a plus
