Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Surveyor to join our construction team.
The Surveyor will be responsible for conducting land and site surveys, setting out project works, verifying dimensions and levels, and ensuring all surveying activities are carried out accurately in accordance with project specifications and drawings.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct land, topographic, and construction surveys at project sites.
- Perform site setting out and verify coordinates, levels, and alignments.
- Review drawings and ensure survey works comply with project requirements.
- Prepare survey reports, measurements, and as-built data.
- Operate and maintain surveying equipment such as Total Station, GPS, and Level instruments.
- Coordinate with site engineers, consultants, and project teams.
- Monitor and record site progress and measurements.
- Ensure accuracy of survey data and resolve any discrepancies.
- Follow HSE standards and company procedures during survey activities.
- Support project teams with quantity calculations and site layouts when required.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 3–7 years of experience in construction or contracting projects.
- Experience in infrastructure, buildings, or industrial projects is preferred.
- Proficiency in surveying instruments and related software.
- Good knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Office.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.
